Parenteral Consent
Important for parents and guardians. Prisma Pi is a free educational website designed primarily for children approximately 6 to 8 years old. This statement tells parents and legal guardians what information may be processed when a child uses Prisma Pi, what choices adults have, and when verified parental consent would be required.
1 Purpose of this statement
Prisma Pi is operated by PRISMA PI, LLC. and is available at https://prisma-pi.com. The website offers multiplication games and links to educational videos. The game is embedded from GDevelop's gd.games platform. Prisma Pi also uses Google Analytics for limited website measurement.
This page is a parental notice. It is not presently a form for creating a child account, and it is not intended to manufacture consent where the law requires a separate verified process. The Prisma Pi Privacy Policy provides the complete description of our information practices and is incorporated into this statement by reference.
2 What children can do without an account
Children can use the current Prisma Pi website and play the multiplication game without creating a Prisma Pi account. We do not ask a child to provide a name, email address, telephone number, home or school address, date of birth, photograph, voice recording, or payment information.
The current Service does not provide child profiles, saved cloud progress, public usernames, messaging, multiplayer chat, leaderboards, school dashboards, or user uploads. Game information may be stored locally in the browser or device when the game technology supports that function. Local information can generally be removed by clearing browser or website data.
3 Information that may be processed automatically
Even without an account, limited technical and usage information may be processed when the website or embedded game loads. Depending on device settings, consent choices, and third-party configuration, this may include: browser, device, and operating-system information; IP address and approximate geographic information; pages, game sessions, or educational activities viewed; referring page, timestamps, performance, and error information; and cookies, local storage, session identifiers, or other pseudonymous identifiers.
Prisma Pi uses this information only to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, measure, maintain, and improve the educational service. We do not ask children to identify themselves, and we do not use children's activity for personalized or behaviorally targeted advertising.
4 GDevelop Google Analytics and external links
The educational game is embedded from GDevelop or gd.games. Loading the game causes the browser to communicate directly with GDevelop and its service providers. GDevelop may process limited technical or usage information under its own privacy practices. Prisma Pi does not require a child to create a GDevelop account.
Google Analytics may process limited website usage and technical information to help us understand whether the website works and which educational activities are useful. Prisma Pi intends to keep advertising features, remarketing, personalized advertising, and unrelated profiling disabled.
Prisma Pi links to educational videos on YouTube and may link to other educational websites. These are ordinary outbound links. When a user follows a link, the third party's terms and privacy practices apply. Parents and guardians should supervise children before they leave Prisma Pi.
5 United States parental consent
The United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and Rule, commonly called COPPA, generally require a child-directed online service to provide notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information online from a child under 13, subject to limited exceptions.
COPPA treats some persistent identifiers as personal information. The Rule contains a limited exception when a persistent identifier is the only personal information collected and is used solely to support internal operations, such as maintaining or analyzing the service, protecting security, or fulfilling a child's request, without contacting the child, behavioral advertising, or unrelated profiling.
Prisma Pi's current no-account design is intended to minimize collection and to limit technical identifiers to operational purposes. For that reason, Prisma Pi does not currently ask parents to complete a separate identity-verification or consent transaction before a child uses the free game. This statement does not waive any consent requirement. If our practices or a third-party service fall outside an applicable exception, we will provide direct notice and obtain verifiable parental consent before the collection occurs, or we will disable the relevant collection for children.
6 Consent and privacy choices outside the United States
Privacy rules differ by country and may apply based on where a child lives. In the European Economic Area, when consent is the legal basis for offering an online service directly to a child, the age at which a child may consent is set by national law between 13 and 16; below that age, consent must be given or authorized by a person with parental responsibility. In the United Kingdom, the corresponding age is 13 when consent is relied upon.
Consent for non-essential cookies or similar technologies may be governed by separate electronic-communications rules. Where applicable law requires consent before optional analytics, storage, or third-party content loads, Prisma Pi will seek to provide an appropriate consent control. Because Prisma Pi is designed for young children, a parent or guardian should make that choice rather than asking the child to do so.
In other jurisdictions, including Canada, Brazil, Australia, and countries with children's privacy laws, we seek to apply a protective approach based on transparency, data minimization, the child's best interests, adult involvement where required, and an effective way to withdraw consent. Legal requirements vary, and this statement does not claim that one consent standard applies everywhere.
7 What a parent or guardian authorizes
By allowing a child to use Prisma Pi, a parent or legal guardian confirms that the adult has reviewed this statement, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service; considers the educational content suitable for the child; and agrees to supervise the child's use of external links.
This authorization to use the Service is not a substitute for verifiable parental consent where the law specifically requires verified consent for collecting, using, or disclosing a child's personal information. It also does not authorize personalized advertising, sale of a child's personal information, public disclosure, direct marketing to the child, or collection of information not described in the Privacy Policy.
8 If you do not consent or withdraw a choice
A parent or guardian may decline optional analytics or similar technologies through any consent controls presented on Prisma Pi, where available. A parent may also block or delete cookies and local website data through browser or device settings. These choices may affect game loading or certain technical functions.
You may withdraw a consent choice at any time through the site's privacy controls or by contacting info@prisma-pi.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We will stop the consent-based processing going forward when required and will address deletion requests as described below.
If you do not want the embedded GDevelop service to load, do not start the embedded game and use browser or site controls that block third-party content. You may still use other parts of Prisma Pi that do not require the game.
9 Parent and guardian rights
Depending on applicable law, a parent or legal guardian may ask us to: confirm whether we process personal information associated with the child; describe the categories, purposes, sources, and recipients of that information; provide access to information that can reasonably be identified; correct or delete information; stop further collection or use; withdraw a consent previously provided; or explain how to contact an applicable privacy regulator.
Because Prisma Pi does not maintain child accounts or ask children for direct identifiers, we may not be able to connect analytics or technical records to a particular child. We will not require more personal information than reasonably necessary to verify and respond to a request.
10 Data minimization retention and security
We seek to process only the information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, measure, maintain, and improve Prisma Pi. We do not sell children's personal information and do not use it for personalized or behaviorally targeted advertising.
We seek to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law. Information processed by GDevelop, Google, or another independent service may be retained under that provider's applicable settings and policies.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with Prisma Pi. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
11 Future features that would require a new review
Before introducing child accounts, cloud-saved progress, profiles, email collection, voice or image features, chat, multiplayer functions, leaderboards, school dashboards, personalized recommendations based on a child profile, advertising, or user-generated content, Prisma Pi will reassess applicable children's privacy requirements.
If a future feature requires parental consent, we will give the parent a direct notice describing the specific information, purposes, disclosures, retention, and available choices. We will use a legally appropriate verification method before the feature collects the covered information. We will not rely solely on a child checking a box.
12 A short explanation for children
Prisma Pi is a place to practice multiplication. You do not need to tell us your name, email, school, address, or birthday. Do not type personal information into a game or send it to us. Ask a parent, guardian, or teacher before opening a link that leaves Prisma Pi. If something online makes you uncomfortable, stop and tell a trusted adult.

14 Changes to this statement
We may update this statement when the Service, third-party providers, or applicable requirements change. We will revise the effective date when changes are posted. Before making a material change that requires new parental notice or consent, we will provide that notice and obtain consent as required before applying the new practice to children.
